Returns & Exchanges

At Clothio, we strive to deliver exceptional products and services. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your product or its fit, you can return it to us. A nominal return fee of Rs.200 will be charged per product, covering the costs associated with pickup, processing, packaging, and logistics.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please return it along with your order number. Once we verify the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.

Exchange Policy

Clothio provides an exchange option but does not offer refunds once a product has been sold. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
  • Exchange is allowed with the inclusion of transportation fees.
  • To request an exchange, email us at clothio.shop9@gmail.com.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping, and the cost is non-refundable.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a credit note for future purchases.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at clothio.shop9@gmail.com.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept Clothio's decision regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for future purchases, valid for 30 days.

Partial Order Exchange

You can exchange eligible products within 48 hours. However, some items may not be eligible for exchange.

Fit Issues

If a product doesn’t fit, please request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving it. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges for dissatisfaction with material or color.
  • Exchanges/returns are not accepted for products that have been washed or worn.
  • Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
